We are seeking design-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated individuals for a full-time staff architect position to help us serve our existing clients and to help us develop new opportunities. The successful candidate should have 5+ years of experience and be a licensed architect (or on the path to licensure). Responsibilities include:
· Participating in all project phases to solve problems
· Creating graphic visualizations
· Evaluating/specifying materials and products
· Designing and detailing
The successful candidate must effectively work in a team environment and should be interested in all aspects of architectural/engineering from preliminary design through construction administration. A working knowledge of sustainable and high-performance design is desired. Additionally, the candidate should have an interest in interacting with multiple disciplines to achieve net zero and healthy environments.
Our collaborative design approach encourages the educational and career advancement for all members of the firm. This position is ideal for someone wanting to be challenged by working on all phases of private and public sector projects.

REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture. Historic preservation and/or sustainable design focus is desirable.
· Hands-on computer proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Familiarity with building performance analytics, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp is desirable.
· Experience with Newforma is desirable.
· Experience with social media is desirable.
· LEED© accreditation (under BD+C, CI, or EBOM) or WELL Building Standard accreditation is desirable. Familiarity with EnergyStar, Enterprise Green Communities, or other sustainability programs is a plus.
· Ability to research, understand, and implement Building Codes and other regulatory requirements.
· Curiosity, determination, and stellar analysis skills are a plus.

· NCIDQ certified or licensed as an architect (in good standing). Candidate may be on track for licensure.

We are seeking design-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated leaders for a full-time Project Manager / Project Architect position, with demonstrated experience in project management, to help us serve our existing clients and to help us develop new opportunities. The successful candidate should be a licensed architect, or on track for licensure, with 8 to 15 years of experience. Responsibilities include participating in all project phases to solve problems, to create graphic visualizations, to evaluate/select/specify materials and products, to design and detail.
The successful candidate must effectively work in a team environment and should be interested in all aspects of architectural and engineering practice from preliminary design through construction administration. The successful candidate must have excellent writing and graphic communication skills with a strong grasp in the use of geometry, scale, proportion, color and texture to guide and mentor design teams. A working knowledge of sustainable design and high performing building principles is desired with the interest in and ability to interact with multiple disciplines on the way to achieving zero net energy and healthy indoor environments.
